Okay so today l got my retainers put in and l nearly had a panic attack.

have the huge pink thing at the top and ugly wires. Apparently though,
there are invisible retainers. Can you tell me about them?

will help! do you hve them on the top & bottom? then it may take a few

weeks to get used to that. practice makes perfect! & do practice! also,
if people look at you wied, then say that you just got new retainers, &
that you will tak funny for a little bit. when i got braces, then
elastics, people would look at me wierd, but i explained, & it turned into
a really neat conversation actually! hope this helps you out! & don't be
embarassed. just try practicing at home, & avoid talking alot around
people, if you must. but don't let them ruin it for you! AND DON''T TAKE
THEM OUT! you will regret it!

The pain will only last for a few days. The retainer is making

retainer is clear I don't think anyone will be able to tell you have them
in. No one ever noticed I had mine in unless I told them.
Make sure you wear ur retainer like you are suppose to so ur teeth don't
move. I ended up wearing braces twice because the first time I stopped
wearing my retainer because it hurt my teeth.
