When the dealer says, install power windows and locks, what does it cover,
mookiemook

l asked them to install that in my car which l

here is what l got --

1. two buttons on the driver is door. one

for the window of the driver and another one for the passenger's. (i only

have a 2-door car)
2. the small device which you use to unlock/lock
the car from a distance. this device has 4 buttons: unlock, lock, open
trunk, and some asterisk. lock and unlock work for both doors. open trunk
button works for both doors, as well. (note: doors)

my
questions... given the description power windows and locks --
1. am l
not supposed to have a button on the driver is door that when you press, it
locks/unlocks all doors from the inside of the car?
2. the small
device that you use at a distance -- is not the trunk button supposed to
open the trunk? it works as both lock and unlock for the doors. it toggles
between the two. if they're locked, it unlocks them. if they're unlocked,
it locks them. from the button drawing, it does not look like it works as
it shows.
3. is the panic button not included?
4. is the horn
sound when you press lock, not included?

sorry, l am not really
familiar with this power doors and windows... anyone who knows the
specifics of this installation, please.. reply.

thank you. />

Since it is an ''aftermarket'' item the functions included will

vary. Why didn't you buy a car that had them already installed from the

factory?
